You could talk about what remote programmers should consider and expect when taking on remote work, such as the nature of work (the expected quality of code, scaling, documentation) how the companies remunerate/fulfill the remote job, and possibly talk about the expected tools to coordinate remote work (GitHub, Bitbucket, Trello, etc) and how to use them.
Perhaps interview process and tips for remote jobs? Or even share your experience on pressure/stress if any. Thanks for doing this btw
